Last updated 30 September 2026 · techcadd Amritsar
Introduction
techcadd Computer Education provides training courses, certification and placement assistance, and operates this website. By using the website or enrolling on a course you accept these terms.
Eligibility
Courses are open to individuals aged 16 and above. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian's consent to enrol.
Some programmes assume prior education or experience. Where they do, we will say so during counselling before you pay anything.
Enrolment and admission
Admission is confirmed once you have registered and paid the fee due. Seats in each batch are limited and allocated first come, first served.
If a batch does not reach its minimum enrolment we may cancel it. You will be offered a place in an alternative batch or a full refund.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees once paid are not transferable to another person.
Where fees are paid in instalments, a late instalment may suspend access to classes and course materials until it is cleared. We accept the payment methods listed at the centre, including EMI options where available.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which sets out the cooling-off period, the percentages refundable at each stage and what is not refundable. Enrolling means you accept those terms.
Attendance and conduct
Certification requires a minimum attendance, normally 75% of scheduled sessions.
Disruptive behaviour, dishonesty in assessment, or harassment of other students or staff may result in suspension or removal from a course without refund. Course logins and materials are personal to you and may not be shared.
Course content and delivery
Curriculum, trainers, tools, software versions and session schedules may be revised at our discretion, so that what is taught stays current with what the industry uses.
Course materials are provided for your personal use. They may not be reproduced, redistributed or published without our written permission.
Certificates
A certificate is issued once the attendance and project requirements for the course have been met. Certificates remain our property and are issued for your personal use.
We do not represent that any employer, university or professional body will recognise a certificate we issue.
Placement assistance
Placement assistance means active support — resume preparation, interview practice, and introductions to hiring partners. It is not a guarantee of employment.
Whether you are hired depends on your own performance, how you interview, and conditions in the job market. We share your profile with hiring partners only with your consent.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, images, layout, course descriptions and the techcadd name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce or modify it without our prior written permission.
Third-party names, logos and trade marks shown on this site belong to their owners and are used to describe the tools a course covers. Their use does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, techcadd.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, techcadd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of this website or our services.
Our total liability in connection with a course is limited to the fees you actually paid for that course.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify techcadd against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Amritsar, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
