Refund Policy
When fees paid to techcadd Computer Education Amritsar can be refunded, how much, and how to ask.

Cooling-off period
Within 3 days of payment, and provided you have not attended more than one class or session, you may cancel for a full refund of the fees paid.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 15 business days.
Refund before the course starts
Where you cancel after the cooling-off period but before your batch begins, 90% of the fees paid is refundable. We retain 10% as an administrative charge.
The request must be in writing, by email or in person at the centre.
Refund after the course starts
Once your batch has begun:
- Days 1–7, having attended no more than 3 sessions: 70% of fees refundable.
- Days 8–14: 50% of fees refundable.
- After day 14: no refund. You may instead transfer to a later batch, or take a credit against another course valid for 6 months.
What is not refundable
The following are not refundable at any stage:
- Registration fees.
- Examination and certification fees.
- Course materials already issued.
- The value of any promotional discount applied to your fee.
- Fees for a workshop you have already attended.
If we cancel
Where techcadd cancels a batch, you receive a full refund of everything paid within 15 business days, or a transfer to a programme of equal value — your choice.
Transferring to another batch
One transfer to a later batch is allowed at no charge. Further transfers may attract an administrative fee.
Switching course
You may switch to a different course before you are 25% through the one you started, paying any difference in fee or taking the balance as credit.
How to request a refund
Email info@techcadd.com or come to the centre. We acknowledge a request within 2 working days, decide within 7, and process an approved refund within 15 business days.
Instalments and EMI
Where fees were paid in instalments, a refund is calculated on the total actually paid, less the deductions above. Any outstanding obligation to a lender is separate and remains yours to settle.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, write to info@techcadd.com and we will review it within 10 working days. Disputes that cannot be resolved fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Amritsar, Punjab.
